Read, scrolled top to bottom, clapped 50 times, would have been more if I had been allowed, learned a whole lot about motivation and inspiration, and met a new writer on Medium.
Thanks Daphne for an insight into you, and for making me stop and consider.
As for making such financial progress, I once gave my students a task to commit to for four weeks.
The challenge was to do one job at home, starting at five cents, doubling every day. In order to motivate them, I drew up a form for their parents to sign, (the savvy ones didn't as you'd expect). Can you imagine their excitement after ten days, when we worked out what their parents already owed them? Their eyes were popping out of their hards. I should write about this...ten days and the lesson was clear. :)
