RC, we so are!

I bought a pair of joggers (what we Aussies call them...runners?). I'd bought the same brand two years previously and they were great.

When they arrived they were a horrid apricot colour, thin both in the uppers and soles.

I returned them the same day, and waited weeks to hear back from them.

My 'complaints' were filed under: Change of Mind, category, which it wasn't. The shoes were inferior and the wrong colour.

This meant my money is now in their bank and I can order yet another inferior pair. That is not fair.

We have to stand up to these bullies. We have to CARE enough as a society to find our way.

Imagine this practice, yours and mine, being replicated over and over again. Money mounts up, sadly not in our bank accounts.
