Perfect! If only others could realize that good food doesn't add inches. I can't help wondering why people haven't worked this out. When I was a little girl I'm pretty sure I knew no fat people...not talking obese here, just a bit fat.

A couple of hears ago my husband and I spent some months in Malaysia. I couldn't believe what I saw. So many obese people, mostly younger, and all queuing up for fast food.
