Patricia my days fly! By the time I do some editing here on Medium, write, clean the house from top to bottom, (okay that was a lie!!! ) go for my power walk,(not a lie) stretch, lift a few weights, garden, I am exhausted.

My parents seemed to just quietly meander from one activity to another...never really exhausted. Maybe they kept that to themselves!!!
