Oops! I remember a Canberra coffee shop being closed because people got sick after eating sauce using raw egg.

I think it was an excuse. They never recovered, yet it was such a terrific eatery.

Remember the days of scraping your mothers mixing bowl? Plenty of raw egg there. Nobody got sick.
