I will take your word for it, Maria. I had only heard of haggis as being a sheep's offal, the internal organs of a sheep or calf. Since they no longer use the animal's stomach to prepare it in, it sounds adventurous but not "awful" to my American sensibilities. If he had two helpings, you must be a great cook!
