Oh Shanti, I am going to be so boring. We follow a Keto diet for health reasons so I buy nothing processed, except for things like almond flour which is considered to be minimally processed.

The lemon biscuits you showed are ones we had as children in Scotland, I don't go near the biscuit section in the supermarket...actually I'm getting close to never going to the supermarket, but that's another story.

Lychees I adore, but fresh ones. we used to live in Malaysia so got them there, but we also can buy them here in Canberra.

Have you ever cooked the banquet version of lamprais curry? You would have all the ingredients I think.. You must try it before you die. You can find it in the Charmaine Solomom cookbook if you have it. I love all of her recipes, by that one compares to NOTHING else.

I said I don't buy anything processed but very, very occasionally I buy Walker's shortbread biscuits, because we are Scots masquerading as Aussies...Aussie citizens.

I told you I would be very boring. Get that lamprais on the go, but get some help. It's a festive dish and takes lots of time, but it's worth it. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I TASTED, OR MADE, ANYTHING S DELICIOUS.
