Oh my goodness Mary, I'm glad nobody asked me what I had achieved last year.
Maybe I need to do a work in progress for this year, because all I can think of from last year, is surviving it.
I have three people in my life I have chosen to model myself on this year, just by quiet observation. Two are in their nineties, and then there is you. I mean that sincerely.
James Frank Sanders is a writer here. He is 96 and has mastered the machinations of Medium. I am just in awe of him. If I even live that long, I doubt I will move with the changes.
Then Heather Lee is 95 and she is an Aussie star fast-runner, beating women much younger than herself time and again.
So this year I should keep track of you three, and see how it impacts firstly how I fare on Medium, but also physically. It's too easy to take that back seat.
I have set myself up to e a better walker, to be conscious of how I walk and move. So far, so good. Apart from the first week when I was sick, I haven't missed a day.
Not nearly as impressive as you Mary, but it's positive.
in fitness, exercise and health, here's to a fabulous new year. :)
