Oh my goodness Jennifer, what a brave share this is! I have cried right through it. I have no idea how we ever get to the stage where we think that out family will be better off without us. No amount of money can make up for the loss.

Sadly, I think society just doesn't see the signs. And maybe in our too-busy lives we just fail to care ENOUGH.

The RUOK movement here in Australia I see as an absolute failure.

You boys sound like wonderful human beings and they will learn from all of this.

I have one friend who took his life...we didn't see the signs...but maybe we're just not attuned to the blocking out, the distancing, which is, at the end of the day, the silent cry for help. Stay strong, and don't punish yourself. :)
