Oh my goodness, can we swap for a while? I'd give my eye teeth for a partner who cooks.

Much of this is that he simply can't do several things simultaneously. In the early days of our marriage it was easier for me to cook, and now he's spoilt.

But, he does act as my sous chef, he does clean up, and he does appreciate my efforts.

The scientist in him says everything must be out and weighed and measured, before starting.
