It's taken me a while to get back into the kitchen. I think I lived on things like nuts, cheese, and fruit ... I couldn't bring myself to go into the kitchen.

Now I cook once, and that serves me a few times, so on the days when I feel disinclined to cook, there's always something in the freezer.
