I taught a little girl who was covered in eczema and she was forever scratching. I talked to her about the slushies she bought at school and she'd say...but they taste so nice! yes, but they were pure sugar!

Poor little thing. I could understand why she bought them. What I couldn't understand was why the school thought it proper to buy the rubbish in the first place.
