Oh Annie, you have made my day. If only we could get redress by saying things like they are, WTF and the likes, but that gets us nowhere.

Having said that, neither does politeness.

We have a case in Canberra where a non-builder builder, (who gets handimen to build for him, and has done for years) and all the houses and apartments of his wild imagining are crumbling beneath the unwary purchasers.

He's been taken to court, he has been written about in the local paper, he has more companies than you can poke a stick at, and he's still doing his dirty work.

I've heard tell he goes to Mass on Sundays...but that's just hearsay. Surely a good God would have 'strucken' him down by now!

I used to pass his mansion when walking during Covid... was tempted to concoct a bomb for the occasion, but I can't run fast enough these days.

Maybe our builder has forsaken the fair shores of Ozland, and was responsible for your build. Oh you poor buggers, I sincerely hope not. Good manners do not support shoddy workmanship

BUT, when you can't beat 'em, best to ban together for everyone's sake. :)
