Nicole there's a genuine fear right now, something that I believe is ricocheting around the world, and that is, becoming homeless. Here in Australia, people with regular jobs, but still renting, have had their homes sold from under them, and they have nowhere to go, unless they do things like, offer much more for their weekly rent, or pay 6 t0 12 months ahead.

I wrote about a man , an air traffic controler, who had six months to find another home, but couldn't. Nor could he get social housing (already a dearth of those) because he earns too much -$50 to $70k PA and having to fork out over $500 pw....with three children to feed. It's dire.
