My husband died a few months ago, and I took it upon myself to inform our GP and other practitioners, because I had no idea whether there was an automatic email sent to each practice.

Last week I picked up my mail and there was a letter for him, informing him he was at risk of osteoporosis and to please call the practice to make an appointment.

Had I not called the practice to inform them, that would have been fine.

I didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

As for flu shots? They must be making crazy amounts of money playing on people's fears.

The last time I had the flu was in high school.

I do too much reading these days. Some of it is not pretty.
