My husband and I were distance runners for many years, until my knees started playing up. I thought it was the running, so stopped.

Later I started to asses the contents of our pantry, one I thought was pretty healthy. Comparatively it was, but there was room for improvement.

I ditched everything processed, embraced a keto diet, and weeks later all inflammation was gone.

I didn't return to jogging. But I do power walking every day. I don't get the same highs, but it's a pretty good second.
