My husband and I still refer to Scotland as home, yet we haven't been back there for a while, and he left when he was a boy.

I know we could not live there these days. People change, we change, circumstances change, and values are never quite the same.

Gosh I hardly understand the accents at times.

Home is where we find peace and solace.

It's where we can be ourselves.

It's where we can welcome friends and feel certainty.

It's really hard to define home.
