My 'free' hydrangeas, cutting stolen from my neighbor, when I was cutting back on MY side. They have just realised it's spring and are virtually springing.

My neglected protea which I had to hack away last week, has a couple of new shoots underneath...I am HOPING they are proteas. This tree provided me with flowers right through winter, sickly or not.
