Medium means different things to different people. Some are here for visibility, some for fun and meeting people, and a few make money.

I broke into top writer status for three months, then plunged for the last three. It is very disheartening.

But give or take earnings, I have learned from many, became friends with just as many, so I continue to write for the time being.

Sounds like you have a lot on your plate, Jane. Take a break and see how you feel. That can't hurt.
