Lucy, I too share your frustration. People give me positive feedback on my writing here on Medium, but that doesn't translate to money earned, as is the case with you as well.

Like you I have written a variety of books, but I fear you have to strike Lucky Street to earn. I don't even have my family read my work!

I peddled back on writing, mostly because I am going through a very difficult time right now, but I do call in each day and at least lend my support to those who write. Wishing you all the best.
