Looking Fear in the Eye When Life Tosses You That Lemon
Change the way you look at things and the things you look at may well change.
Imagine if we all cocooned ourselves, wrapped ourselves in bubble-wrap, in order to avoid making mistakes in our lives.
What would our world look like?
What beneficial changes could happen?
What benefits would we be enjoying today?
The reality is, probably not too many. In our sameness, our lack of curiosity, ours would be a sad old world. Unable to move forward we would most likely stagnate.
‘Life is inherently risky. There is only one big risk you should avoid at all costs, and that is the risk of doing nothing’.
Just as well that there are some adventurous souls amongst us who are prepared to take a punt on things, to cross frontiers, to embrace enormous challenges, forward-looking people who refused to look back, and for whom we are ever grateful.
