Like you, I hated sport. I had no aptitude whatsoever,yet interestingly became a good distance runner and even did a couple of marathons.

In fact on that first marathon I so wished my PE teacher could have been there to see me finish.

The thing is, if you didn't display natural talent you were largely overlooked.

Fortunately we all rise above the treatment.
