I am aghast at all that has happened to you. This came close to claiming your life.

Not sure I have anything to offer that goes beyond what other people have said, but I do think you have the right to a fair hearing. Your children came so close to losing their mother. That in itself is dreadful.

Is there a team in the hospital that serves to give people a hearing? I think you deserve that at the very least.

Also some counselling????
