It's why I like Asian food Kelley, all the flavours, and not so much meat.
We eat meat, mostly because I believe our diet is not complete without it. There again, factory-produced meat, which I presume you are alluding to, is not so healthy.
I Canberra we ca buy biodynamic meat which to a totally different commodity. It's a little more expensive, but not as much as you might imagine. So we try to eat better, but eat less of it.
Sometimes I wonder what we do eat, because I have so little faith in food producers.
Just checked bulgogi... very high in sugar so that is out for us. I have eliminated all sugars from out=r diet. That in itself is so hard.
I made Scottish shortbread today...for gifts...did have a taste and it was as delicious as always.
