And when it comes to companies bombing your inbox with unwanted spam, you have to be diligent about Unsubscribing to every single one of them. Some of them won't let you do it! But keep persisting, and eventuallu the spam will get down to a manageablr trickle.
Holy crap. Technology can really bite.
