Also, it's a beautiful neck of the woods as well. After I'd written this I was watching a program on TV where one woman was saying, for most people, Social Housing is so expensive. The houses are old, not insulated, and so poorly oriented, so very hot in summer, and the opposite in winter and with energy prices soaring, they can't afford either heating or cooling. With these houses they don't have to worry. I'm booking myself in. :)
