There was a comedian on TV the other day promoting his first children's book, and being promoted by ABC TV. I did mention to my husband how easy it would be, with a little notoriety and promotion by others, to sell, especially a book for children. I have a teaching background, and I thought my book was funny and appealing. Sadly it got crickets. Mind you, on reflection, the cover wasn't good,
