After reading The Obesity Code by Dr. Jason Fung, I learned about the downsides of fruits. It’s unlikely that my ancestors would have encountered as much fruit as I used to consume. I’d already given up sugar, but fruit was something I used to consider healthy in 2019. Not anymore!
