Ishrat I have had two coffees in the last three months that have been truly memorable.
One was in a beautiful coffee shop in the Adelaide Hills. It was fairly clear to me that the owners of the business chose quality beans and had a quality coffee-maker.
The other was two days ago, in an Italian coffee shop where the texture was perfect.
On both occasions, I was not in a hurry and savoured every mouthful.
I rarely have coffee out.
My home coffee maker is perfect, I use organic beans and pure cream and the result is always perfect.
Coffee on the go? Not for me. Coffee can only be enjoyed when one has time to really appreciate the flavour.
