Interesting, isn't it Ted.

I wrote about running my first marathon here. My husband was hugely proud of me.

Bear in mind he sets his mind to do things and always succeeds.

We ran together years ago in the Canberra Fun Run. I lost him at one stage and we caught up at the finish line.

I asked him what his time was and he lied to me . It turned out I'd beaten him.

His mum just happened to be visiting and when she found out she comforted hm by saying he was just having a bad day.

He jumped to my defence and told her I was a much better runner. That wasn't really true.

She wasn't happy. Her boys were everything. I was so proud of him that day.
