In Britain, many years ago, there was a satirical show called ‘That Was The Week, That Was’. It was both clever, and hilariously funny. If you were a fan, there was no way you would miss it.
I’ve been thinking about the show a lot lately, because I wish that somebody could take responsibility for writing a, That Was The Year, That Was, version for 2020.
It might serve as something we could all learn from.
Who would ever have thought that one year, could scare the living daylights out of so many people?
So much devastation in the first six months, and still things keep happening to sound alarm bells for us.
Let’s begin with:
The Australian Bush Fires
I can now say that I have lived through two very frightening bush fires here in Australia. Each was confronting, but the latter spoke volumes to many of us.
