I'm glad you asked, BR.
I also limit coffee, but I have two in the morning and that's it.
I do drink tea but it's so weak it just doesn't count.
I power walk each day, a step down from my running days.
And I follow Andy Murphy's breathing exercises. He writes here. Thy are so good for getting a good night's sleep.
