I wrote about a similar incident here on Medium. My friend went off to pick her daughter up from the airport. All seemed fine. When she called to tell her huband she'd be home soon, he didn't pick up the phone.

She and her daughter, a doctor, headed home, to find him dead on the floor.

As for picking up the pieces Klara, she has been amazing. She enjoys a huge friendship group, and her grandchildren, and keeps herself busy. Life does go on, thankfully.
