I would follow Sydney woman Heather Lee, who at 96 is still beating walking competitors many years younger than herself. I have a few others, all women, who exhibit the same qualities and values...two sporting women, and one who is 104, skips down her stairs like a teenager, knows all the botanical names for the copious amount of flowers in her garden, and lives, with a little help, relatively independently.
