I was working in my sister's garden one day when a small insect bit me. It stung.

Two minutes later and it hurt so badly. I was in agony.

We were leaving the next day to visit family. My SIL was a nurse, so she treated it, but over the days we were there (she wouldn't let me leave) it grew to around ten cm in diameter, and became flesh eating. It looked horrible.

In time it disappeared leaving not even a pink mark.

I believe that will happen for you too.

What I wouldn't have done, was leave it so long before diagnosis. These things can kill.
