Don't you just love rules, especially senior citizen ones. As if your life experiences are not enough.

Many years ago a friend moved into her new home, just around the corner form us.

She did her first washing, hung it out on the line, and went to work.She forgot about the washing.

The next night she was accosted by the neighbour...I just want let you know darling, that here we never put washing out before 11am and always have it in by four....just so you fit in," she added.
