I was a gardener too, Philip. Anything between 25 to 30 roses (some dandelions, to be honest) I had to tend daily. No matter the amount of care, they didn't all behave well. Some were ungracious little sods, to be honest.

I sometimes wondered what it would be like to have a real job, just to be able to respond to the call of nature, for example, rather than wait till the end of the day.

Is there such a job? Or is this just a ridiculous dream on my part?
