I used to have a kneeling cair which I gave to friend. It was wonderful. I bought another online, OMG, I called is a shinning chair. I couldn't get my knees on it and I'm not tall. Consequently all my 48kg weight was on my shins. When I got out of it, my legs and my back were so constricted. Pain was horrendous.

It was made out of the harshest, plastic material. We tried all sorts of measures to fix it, but it will have to be tossed.

I'm going to do more standing.
