I noticed in the Coles where I am they often have specials on meat, but when you look closely they're almost out of date with one dollar off.

I don't have pets, but my daughter and her husband have an aging dog and a cat.

The dog had smelly breath and constipation, so she now cooks fresh food with vegetables for him, and he's much healthier. Also, the bad breath has gone away.

Madam Kiki, the cat, will only eat organic tenderloin chicken. Mind you, she only eats very small amounts.

I've started growing a few vegetables and I'm supplementing them with vegetables from the upmarket store.

I bought a bag of avocados from Coles last week. Very poor quality.
