Medium used to have internal publications with paid editors, and you were paid to publish there. Some were very elite and paid $250 if you were published. Beck when Ev Williams was still the boss. I've been here five years. I feel like I'm being punished for something my brother did.

I remember that too, Stephen. I think I might have joined just a short time before. I was never in the elite group. Nor would I have expected to be back then.
It's all so sad.
