I remember a similar situation happening to me when I was trying to park in a beach car park in Adelade. I'd sat patiently for the people to move out, and then someone coming in the opposite direction ducked in. I was annoyed, but just as I went to move off, a policeman tapped my bonnet and asked me to wait, then told the other AH to back out. Naturally the other guy was furious.

It was a good feeling.
