I recently had my annual blood test done and was called in for a non-urgent consultation. My iron levels had dropped form 70 to 7 in a year. I do donate blood, and have done so for years, so that could be an issue.

My doctor asked all sort of questions, but my answers were all in the positive.

I have added power walking to my daily exercising, as well as hyperbolic stretching, which is wonderful.

I never buy candy bars, but do have the odd piece of dark organic chocolate.

I don't buy any processed foods (highly-processed), so the food industry doesn't make money from my patronage.

We have wine on occasions, but mostly we don't drink much.

Giving up all processed food was life-changing. I had to stop running because of my knee pain, and in a few weeks of not eating factory food, all the pain disappeared.
