Have you by any chance read this? I would value your legal take on it if you don't mind. I don't write for them, fortunately.
Marcus just in case you didn't read this (it will make you mad, even if you don't write for any of the pubs) I promised (was not asked) to share this with other writers...this is a group making filthy lucre with Medium writers' work.
If you read theirfine print, and most do not, if you write for them you sign away all personal rights.
Carmen complained to Medium and they are looking into it.
