I love the warmth too, but we have had hardly any summer, then bang, it arrived. I'm melting as I write, yet I know it's much hotter outside. I hung out the washing and when I'd finished, I was able to take much of it back inside. I resist the air con as far as possible. Fortunately our house is appropriately oriented, so by the evening it's really lovely.
