I imagined Covid would have taught us so much more.People lost their long-term rented homes NOT because they failed to pay their rent, but because landlords were greedy.

Also, many of the landlords (I loathe that term) would not fix up their rental homes so that people with young children, with kids getting sick, had to leave.
