I have written about this too, Michael. I remember a hotel in Queensland. I looked at the sheets and I knew they were not clean.

My husband was tired and said they looked fine to him.

We came back to Canberra and watch and ABC program of hotels where the staff had been told not to change the sheets if they looked alright. Can you imagine?

They cited 5*hotels where the most gross cleaning happened...same cloth for toilets as kitchen, etc.

And remember the green washing notes about saving the environment and how using your towels twice or more would help a lot? And all the while it was saving them money.
