I have seen so much of that.

I am resentful and bitter as I am writing this. Because sometimes while in this situation, I would have to sit there and listen to talks of diversity, equity, inclusion, and how our staff needs to reflect our student population — which it does not!

I have seen so much of that. Usually only one person is the driving force behind the 'group". That person,in my experience is ALWAYS wanting, needy, and definitely not strong.
