I have lost trust in doctors.

As you know, Carly, I was serious runner for many years, and then had to stop because of my knee pain. I was sure I was a candidate for knee replacements.

I then cleaned my pantry which, by the way, was not nearly as bad as others.

It took 3 weeks. No pain.

I just took a 7-hour bus trip to Adelaide. Once upon a time I could not have sat for that long.Not saying it's that simple, but maybe worth thinking about.
