None of us considers this when we confess to being shorter. We tend to think in terms of our whole body being reduced — rather than the space between hips and ribs!

I have considered it for a long time, Ted.
Many years ago we were involved in a bad accident, and I suffered hip pain for a long time.Then I discovered stretching. It's magical.
