I had exactly the same fear. It's one thing to have no debt, but when there's a shortage of food, we are all on a level playing field.

Even if you have seeds to grow some things at least, they demand time, and then when you do have supplies, surely are compelled to share.

Of course the other side of the equation is that agencies ramp up the fear.
